  • Anthony Baldo President

    Chase Bank

    Anthony Baldo is an Executive Director for JP Morgan Chase’s retail bank. Anthony has been in the financial industry for the past 10 years and been serving on the board of directors with RTTB since 2014. Anthony graduated from the University of Rochester in 2006 with a degree in Finance and Political Science. Anthony resides in Bradenton, Fl.

  • Victor Langston Vice President

    The Home Depot

    Victor has worked in the home improvement Industry for approximately 29 years, including 15 years with The Home Depot where he has held positions of Store and District Manager, as well as his current job-role of Regional Pro Sales Manager for the Southeast Region.  Victor is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.  He is also a resident of the Tampa Bay area and lives in North Tampa with his beautiful wife Trina.  Victor and Trina have two sons, Tevyn and Tyler.

  • Cletus Clark Director

    WFTS ABC Action News

    Cletus is an Integrated Media Account Executive for ABC Action News. He has been in TV, radio, digital advertising and marketing for the past 16 years. Mr Clark is member of Love First Christian Center and has been on the Board of RTTB since 2005. As a former world class 110 meter high hurdler he has traveled to over 20 countries. In 1985, he was ranked #5 in the world and in 1991 won the Pan Am Games in Havana, Cuba. Mr. Clark currently resides in Brandon, FL and has three children.

  • Norma Cohen Director- Special Events and Public Relations

    Smith & Associates Real Estate

    Norma Minardi Cohen is a 2nd generation Tampanian.  She has 3 daughters and 3 granddaughters all who live in the Tampa Bay area  Norma is a founding member of Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay and has served as its President 2 times.  She is a full time Realtor/Broker/Associate with Greco Real Estate.

    Not sure what else you want me to say. Don’t think I need to get into any of my awards as a Realtor but if so, I was Realtor of the Year in 2010 and also won the Meritorious Award for outstanding service as well as serving as an officer of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors

    Jerry, a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity, graduated with a Masters in Business Administration at Nova University and also from the Bethune Cook-man University. He has dedicated 27 years to of banking experience. CRA officer, VP state of Florida

  • Carol Austin Director

    Greater Tampa Association of Realtors

    Carol is the retired CEO of the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORSÆ, Inc.  She retired December 31, 2014. She holds two professional designations, which are Retired Certified Association Executive from the American Society of Association Executives and Professional Registered Parliamentarian from the National Association of Parliamentarians.


    She is past president of the Florida State Association of Parliamentarians, a past President of the Florida Unit of Registered Parliamentarians, the Florida Alpha Parliamentarians, and Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay, Inc. Carol is a charter member of Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay, Inc. and served as secretary for several years and handled the administration of the organization until the organization was able to hire their first Executive Director. She currently serves as a director.


    She served in the U.S. Navy and graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Mass Communications.

  • Michael Schuh Director of Acquisitions

    Barclay Group

    Michael Schuh is Director of Acquisitions for Barclay Group, a real estate development firm founded in 1982 with offices in Palm Harbor, FL., Phoenix, AZ. and Boise, ID. Michael is a graduate of Depew High School in Depew, NY. and is an entrepreneur who has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, strategic planning, implementation and operations. Michael’s role with Barclay Group is to build and maintain relationships with tenants, assist tenants with expansion plans, acquire sites, take sites through due diligence and ultimately develop new locations for the tenants. Michael periodically worked with Barclay Group on projects since 2003 and has worked full time out of Barclay Groups offices since 2014.


    Prior to joining Barclay Group full time, Michael was the Managing Partner of The Golf Club, an indoor golf, sports bar from 2012 to 2014. Michael also found and led Clear Image, a computer supply company he formed in 2002. By 2006, Michael had built Clear Image into a recognized industry leader and has spoken at numerous conventions regarding the future of the industry. As CEO of Clear Image, Michael developed and fostered relationships with many Fortune 500 companies around the country.


    Michael’s proactive and diligent business acumen has secured him with loyal relationships, which have ultimately been the key to his success.

  • J. Bradley Smith Vice President and District Manager

    Wells Fargo

    J. Bradley is Vice President and District Manager for Wells Fargo covering counties of East Pasco, Hernando and Citrus.  J. Bradley has been with Wells Fargo for 20 years having worked in Nevada, Virginia and the past 2 years in Florida.  J. Bradley holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and has been a past board member of Rebuilding Together Alexandria-DC for 6 years prior to joining Rebuilding Together Tampa.  J. Bradley also locally serves on the board of the Pasco Economic Development council, enjoys spending time with his family and being active outdoors.

  • Mitchell A. Gerson Commercial Lending and Business Banking

    Bank United

    Mitchell A. Gerson is a 3rd generation native Floridian with over 10 years of banking and financial services experience. He has his Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of South Florida. Mitchell grew up in Tampa Bay, graduated from Oldsmar Christian School, and has spent his entire professional career in the Tampa Bay area.


    In addition to his 10 years of banking experience, Mitchell has experience in Project Management and Implementation, Event Management and Sales Leadership. With a diverse professional background, Mitchell gained knowledge and expertise in multiple fields while seeking his degree in Entrepreneurship in order to consistently add value to his clients.


    For the past six years, Mitchell has been working with his clients and partners at BankUnited focusing on businesses with revenues between $500,000 and $15MM.


    Mitchell prides himself in delivering superior, white glove customer service through the creation of tailored lending and deposit solutions. Mitchell currently lives in Trinity, FL, reinforcing his desire to stay within the Tampa Bay community and continually reinvest his time where he grew up.

  • Jose Garcia Executive Director

    Jose provides dynamic leadership and guidance to ensure RTTB successfully delivers its mission. He brings over 24 years of experience in the non-profit arena and is responsible for increasing funding opportunities and partnerships with other organizations, foundations and corporations while increasing staff capacity and clients served.

  • Andres Izaguirre Director of Program Development

    Andres is responsible for developing and implementing the development strategies for RTTB. In conjunction with the Executive Director, he also manages annual fundraising goals and engages sponsors in ongoing service activities.

    Andres earned a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Tampa John H. Sykes College of Business and completed his Master’s Degree in Aging and Neuroscience at USF Morsani College of Medicine. After working in research labs at USF Center of Excellence in Aging and Brain Repair, he found his calling to use his medical knowledge to help others.


  • Don Mourer Sr. Construction Manager

    Don is a state certified contractor responsible for overseeing all construction projects at RTTB. He provides a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team by having worked in residential and government construction for more than 30 years.

  • Brandy Canada-Williams Senior Rehab Program Manager

    Brandy is passionate about the work of Rebuilding Together, about building relationships, and about making our community a better place for all residents. She is responsible for managing all aspects of our Rehab Program, including homeowner relations, grant reporting, and project management. Prior to joining she has worked in the military and law enforcement sectors to include 14 years in the nonprofit sector. Brandy has a BA and is a Certified Paralegal.

  • Richard Pearson Rehab Coordinator

    Richard is responsible for the rehab program of RTTB.  He oversees construction and coordinates with homeowners to ensure that their homes are brought to a safe condition.  Richard has been awarded Volunteer of the Year by the United Way, the State Farm At Bat award and the Florida Champion of Service Award.  Richard has Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Automation Security from Saint Leo University.

  • Margaret Bahnsen Business Development and Corporate Engagement Manager

    Margaret began working with Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay when she moved to Tampa in 2018. Through her participation in two volunteer events while living in Boston, she witnessed the transformative impact that Rebuilding Together can have on a home and family. Margaret currently manages the building of new construction homes in Sulphur Springs and reconstructions throughout Hillsborough County. She is very proud to be a part of an organization that is dedicated to the vision of creating safe, beautiful homes and communities for everyone.

    Margaret is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University and held management roles at Sunglass Hut and Bank of America before coming to RTTB.

  • Teresa Van Alstine, MSW Pinellas County Program Manager

    Teresa is responsible for developing local partnerships and expanding services for Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay in our new Pinellas County Office.  A St. Pete Native, Teresa has worked over 15 years as a professional social worker delivering trauma-informed care services and disaster resiliency to a variety of client populations.  She is excited to offer the Safe and Healthy Homes Program in Pinellas County.  Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay will be providing the Healthier Homes for Children and Aging in Place Initiatives to Lealman with plans to expand rehab services to other residential areas.

    Teresa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/History from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University, and a certificate in Emergency Management from St. Petersburg College. 

  • Joe Orta Accounting & Finance Manager

    Joe Orta is an Accounting & Finance Manager at Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay. He values the growth of the Tampa Bay Community, and RTTB’s continuous contribution to that cause. His passions are his family, his dog, and helping those in need.

  • Veronica Meiller Intake & Assessment Coordinator

    Veronica Meiller is the Intake and Assessment Coordinator at RTTB. Veronica determines client eligibility for each of our programs. She’s passionate about her job and enjoys helping people getting approved for their housing needs. Veronica’s vast experience in real estate, mortgage and foreclosure prevention industries allows her to contribute positively to the mission of RTTB.
