Anthony Baldo Vice-President
Anthony Baldo is an Executive Director for JP Morgan Chase’s retail bank. Anthony has been in the financial industry for the past 10 years and has been serving on the Board of Directors with RTTB since 2014. Anthony graduated from the University of Rochester in 2006 with a degree in Finance and Political Science. Anthony resides in Bradenton, FL.
Victor Langston Director
The Home Depot
Victor has worked in the home improvement Industry for approximately 29 years, including 15 years with The Home Depot where he has held positions of Store and District Manager, as well as his current job-role of Regional Pro Sales Manager for the Southeast Region. Victor is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He is also a resident of the Tampa Bay area and lives in North Tampa with his beautiful wife Trina. Victor and Trina have two sons, Tevyn and Tyler.
Cletus Clark Director
WFTS ABC Action News
Cletus is an Integrated Media Account Executive for ABC Action News. He has been in TV, radio, digital advertising and marketing for the past 16 years. Mr Clark is member of Love First Christian Center and has been on the Board of RTTB since 2005. As a former world class 110 meter high hurdler he has traveled to over 20 countries. In 1985, he was ranked #5 in the world and in 1991 won the Pan Am Games in Havana, Cuba. Mr. Clark currently resides in Brandon, FL and has three children.

Norma Minardi Cohen is a 2nd generation Tampanian. She has 3 daughters and 3 granddaughters all who live in the Tampa Bay area Norma is a founding member of Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay and has served as its President 2 times. She is a full time Realtor/Broker/Associate with Greco Real Estate.

Carol Austin Director
Greater Tampa Association of Realtors
Carol is the retired CEO of the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORSÆ, Inc. She retired December 31, 2014. She holds two professional designations, which are Retired Certified Association Executive from the American Society of Association Executives and Professional Registered Parliamentarian from the National Association of Parliamentarians.
She is past president of the Florida State Association of Parliamentarians, a past President of the Florida Unit of Registered Parliamentarians, the Florida Alpha Parliamentarians, and Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay, Inc. Carol is a charter member of Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay, Inc. and served as secretary for several years and handled the administration of the organization until the organization was able to hire their first Executive Director. She currently serves as a director.
She served in the U.S. Navy and graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Mass Communications.
Michael Schuh Director of Acquisitions
Michael Schuh is Director of Acquisitions for Barclay Group, a real estate development firm founded in 1982 with offices in Palm Harbor, FL., Phoenix, AZ. and Boise, ID. Michael is a graduate of Depew High School in Depew, NY. and is an entrepreneur who has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, strategic planning, implementation and operations. Michael’s role with Barclay Group is to build and maintain relationships with tenants, assist tenants with expansion plans, acquire sites, take sites through due diligence and ultimately develop new locations for the tenants. Michael periodically worked with Barclay Group on projects since 2003 and has worked full time out of Barclay Groups offices since 2014.
Prior to joining Barclay Group full time, Michael was the Managing Partner of The Golf Club, an indoor golf, sports bar from 2012 to 2014. Michael also found and led Clear Image, a computer supply company he formed in 2002. By 2006, Michael had built Clear Image into a recognized industry leader and has spoken at numerous conventions regarding the future of the industry. As CEO of Clear Image, Michael developed and fostered relationships with many Fortune 500 companies around the country.
Michael’s proactive and diligent business acumen has secured him with loyal relationships, which have ultimately been the key to his success.
J. Bradley Smith Vice President and District Manager
J. Bradley is Vice President and District Manager for Wells Fargo covering counties of East Pasco, Hernando and Citrus. J. Bradley has been with Wells Fargo for 20 years having worked in Nevada, Virginia and the past 2 years in Florida. J. Bradley holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and has been a past board member of Rebuilding Together Alexandria-DC for 6 years prior to joining Rebuilding Together Tampa. J. Bradley also locally serves on the board of the Pasco Economic Development council, enjoys spending time with his family and being active outdoors.
Mitchell A. Gerson Treasurer
Mitchell A. Gerson is a 3rd generation native Floridian with over 10 years of banking and financial services experience. He has his Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of South Florida. Mitchell grew up in Tampa Bay, graduated from Oldsmar Christian School, and has spent his entire professional career in the Tampa Bay area.
In addition to his 10 years of banking experience, Mitchell has experience in Project Management and Implementation, Event Management and Sales Leadership. With a diverse professional background, Mitchell gained knowledge and expertise in multiple fields while seeking his degree in Entrepreneurship in order to consistently add value to his clients.
For the past six years, Mitchell has been working with his clients and partners at BankUnited focusing on businesses with revenues between $500,000 and $15MM.
Mitchell prides himself in delivering superior, white glove customer service through the creation of tailored lending and deposit solutions. Mitchell currently lives in Trinity, FL, reinforcing his desire to stay within the Tampa Bay community and continually reinvest his time where he grew up.
Jason Powell VP Commercial Lending
Jason Powell is a Vice President in Commercial Lending at Bank OZK, where he supports 18 offices in the Tampa Bay market. Powell is the subject matter expert for Bank OZK’s Religious Organization lending program for the state of Florida. He has over 18 years of banking experience, having held leadership roles at The Bank of Tampa, Chase, and Bank of America

Corey Appleman Associate Director of Construction
Corey is the Construction Associate here at RTTB. Growing up in a single-family home that needed many repairs, however not having money to make them, Corey knows the importance that RTTB brings to people in need. He looks forward to helping those that are in need and continuing to help build on the amazing work RTTB has done.
Originally from NY, Corey has worked in the construction field while getting his B.S in Science, Technology & Society from Farmingdale State college. Corey has also obtained a Construction Project Management certificate from Columbia University. On the weekends, Corey likes to play with his new puppy Muddy, play guitar and enjoy the beautiful Sunshine State!
Jose Garcia Executive Director
Jose provides dynamic leadership and guidance to ensure RTTB successfully delivers its mission. He brings over 24 years of experience in the non-profit arena and is responsible for increasing funding opportunities and partnerships with other organizations, foundations and corporations while increasing staff capacity and clients served.
Don Mourer Sr. Construction Manager
Don is a state certified contractor responsible for overseeing all construction projects at RTTB. He provides a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team by having worked in residential and government construction for more than 30 years.
Brandy Canada-Williams Director of Operations
Brandy is passionate about the work of Rebuilding Together, about building relationships, and about making our community a better place for all residents. She is responsible for managing all aspects of our Rehab Program, including homeowner relations, grant reporting, and project management. Prior to joining she has worked in the military and law enforcement sectors to include 14 years in the nonprofit sector. Brandy has a BA and is a Certified Paralegal.
Richard Pearson Rehab Coordinator
Richard is responsible for the rehab program of RTTB. He oversees construction and coordinates with homeowners to ensure that their homes are brought to a safe condition. Richard has been awarded Volunteer of the Year by the United Way, the State Farm At Bat award, and the Florida Champion of Service Award. Richard has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Automation Security from Saint Leo University.
Margaret Bahnsen Director of Real Estate Development
Margaret began working with Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay when she moved to Tampa in 2018. Through her participation in two volunteer events while living in Boston, she witnessed the transformative impact that Rebuilding Together can have on a home and family. Margaret currently manages the building of new construction homes in Sulphur Springs and reconstructions throughout Hillsborough County. She is very proud to be a part of an organization that is dedicated to the vision of creating safe, beautiful homes and communities for everyone.
Margaret is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University and held management roles at Sunglass Hut and Bank of America before coming to RTTB.
Justin Coles Corporate EngagementJustin graduated from The New School University with a B.A. in Economics and received his Masters in Arts & Cultural Management from Pratt Institute. He brings with him many years of high-level fundraising experience with a particular focus on strategic partnerships, communications, sponsorships, and corporate engagement. Outside of work, Justin is a proud and loving father and a musician who has played in venues throughout the U.S. including Carnegie Hall in New York City and the stages of SXSW.
Madelyn Figueroa-Beniquez Intake & Assessment Coordinator
Madelyn Figueroa-Beniquez is the Intake and Assessment Coordinator at RTTB. Madelyn determines client eligibility for each of our programs. Madelyn has a bachelor’s degree from Springfield College in Human Services. She has over 20 years of experience working in non-profit agencies although always working with the data of the agency. She has always enjoyed engaging with the people we provided services to. She is now excited to be assisting people with the eligibility process. She is originally from Western Massachusetts/Connecticut but is now thrilled to call Tampa Bay her home.
